Description

These Valentine strawberry yogurt bites combine delicious strawberries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola into a delightful treat. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack, they’re easy to prepare and sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup granola, more for topping
  • 1 cup yogurt of choice
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
  • ¼ cup granola, smaller pieces work better

Instructions

  • Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or use a silicone baking pan.
  • Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each cup.
  • In a medium bowl, add yogurt and diced strawberries, mashing fruits into yogurt until mostly mixed with a few chunks remaining.
  • Using a spatula, stir and fold mixture until well combined.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each cup, ensuring even layers. Tap the pan to smooth out layers.
  • Press 1 tablespoon of sliced or diced strawberries into the tops of each cup.
  • Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola over the strawberries.
  • Place the pan in the freezer and chill until firm, approximately 2-4 hours.
  • Pop out each frozen yogurt bite, let them thaw for a few minutes, and enjoy.

Notes

Feel free to switch up the yogurt flavor to match your taste.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
Experiment with other fruits or toppings for more variety.
