This Green Goddess Yogurt Dip with Veggie Platter delights with its creamy texture and fresh flavors. Made with feta, yogurt, and vibrant herbs, it’s a perfect quick snack or party appetizer that everyone will love!
Ingredients

- 5 ounces of feta cheese
- ½ cup of greek yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ cup of fresh dill, packed
- ¼ cup of mint, packed
- ½ cup of green onions, lightly chopped
- ⅓ cup of fresh basil, packed
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼–½ cup of water to thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor or blender. You may want to hold off on adding salt due to the feta's saltiness.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth, with few chunks remaining. While blending, slowly drizzle in olive oil and continue blending for an additional 30 seconds.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Note that the dip's color may change slightly due to the avocado.

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
Adjust the amount of water based on your preferred dip consistency.
