Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or kashmiri chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or avocado)

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into 1.5-inch pieces.
  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic-ginger paste, and spices in a bowl to form a marinade.
  • Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving with chutney or rice.
