Description

This Bailey’s Irish Cream Tiramisu is a delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers, and espresso. Perfect for gatherings, it’s rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to prepare, making it a favorite for those seeking a tasty treat that’s simple to enjoy at any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding
  • ⅔ cup irish cream
  • 1 lb mascarpone cheese room temp
  • 27 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 2 tablespoons irish cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, sugar, Irish cream, vanilla extract, and vanilla pudding. Mix using an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Add in the mascarpone cheese and gently mix until smooth and creamy, being careful not to overmix.
  • Prepare a mixture of espresso and Irish cream in a shallow dish. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the mixture for about 1-2 seconds, then layer them in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of soaked ladyfingers, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  • Place another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top and cover with a thin layer of remaining mascarpone cream.
  • Put the remaining filling into a piping bag with a round tip and pipe dollops of cream over the thin layer of mascarpone.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the ladyfingers to soften. Before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder.

Notes

Ensure the heavy cream is cold for better whipping results.
Do not soak ladyfingers too long in the espresso mixture to prevent them from becoming too soggy.
For a stronger coffee flavor, use bold espresso or coffee.
