- 4 chicken breasts – equal in size
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried thyme – or italian seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and brush the seasoning mixture onto both sides.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375℉ for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to keep it juicy and tender, then serve.
Notes
Make sure to pat the chicken dry for better seasoning adherence.
You can use Italian seasoning instead of thyme for a different flavor profile.
